Every pair of Resolute RGL shoes is handmade, one at a time, just for you. Each piece features bespoke Tatreez embroidery crafted by the Women’s Weaving Cooperative in Masafer Yatta, making every pair truly unique. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept standard returns or exchanges.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. We offer a 30-day window from the day you receive your order to report any issues. Here’s how we handle it:

Defects or Damage:
If your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost to you.

Sizing Issues:
Since each pair is individually made, we offer a paid remake option. You’ll cover shipping (to and from Portugal, anywhere in the world) via discounted FedEx Economy, plus a $25 fee to help with production, processing, and transportation.

We Handle Everything:
Once you contact us, we’ll coordinate all logistics — pickup, return, and delivery — so the process is smooth and effortless on your end.

To be eligible for any return or remake, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
