Find your Perfect Fit.
Our shoe sizes are based on the internal length of the shoe
(the space inside the shoe, from heel to toe).
1. Prepare Materials
Get a piece of paper, a pen, and a ruler.
2. Stand on the Paper
Place the paper on a hard, flat surface and stand with your full weight on it.
3. Trace Your Foot
Use a pen to outline your foot, keeping the pen straight (not angled).
4. Measure Length
Use a ruler to measure from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel.
5. Measure Both Feet
One foot may be slightly larger, so measure both and use the larger measurement.
6. Check a Size Chart
Compare your measurement to an EU shoe size chart for the best fit.

- Add 0.8 - 1 cm
For comfort and natural movement, add 1 cm to your foot length.
- Match it!
Pick the size with the matching internal length. For example, if your foot size is 25 cm, you should add 1 cm and choose a shoe with 26 cm internal length.
- Tip
Always go by your foot length + allowance, not just your usual size. This ensures the best barefoot-style fit!
